Contribuiți la feedbackHad a shared starter of octopus followed by each of us having seafood Paella Drinks were a bottle of water and 2 glasses of wine and small bottles of non alcoholic beer. The food was dreadful, paella was overcooked had 2 large prawns and a few mussels, heavy on the rice. Octopus was tepid chewy and lacked flavour. The food was poor the service was worse. They had no idea what they were doing, we initially waited over 20 minutes just for the drinks and this is not a big establishment (around 10 tables) Final cost was €50, a total waste of money. I’ve had a month in Spain and this was by far the worst experience by a considerable way. Avoid this restaurant.
Had to run out of the restaurant because of the poor hygiene manners of the waiter, from the start the waiter had his mask under the chin (we should have walked out then). We sat down and right after, a table of 6 came in, they decided to serve them first because it was a bigger table. Waited 15 min to order and 20 to get water on the table. However it was just the one server for all tables, so we waited patiently. The main issue was seeing the maskless waiter, coughing on his hand various times and cutting the bread with his bare and dirty hands right after. He then put the bread on the table beside us, started to talk to the kids on the table at a very close distance and went to have a smoke outside. He cameback after 5 min and went to serve the food to the same table. During all this time he did not use any hand sanitizer or washed his hands whatsoever. We were on a 45 min wait seeing all of this ,so we and another table beside us decided to walk out. Never again
Menu del dia for €12 each. Set menu with no beer allowed to replace wine. A basket of bread and a small carafe of white and a small carafe of red wine were placed on the table. First course. 2 x Pedro peppers, 1 x fish soup and 1 x mixed salad. The peppers wee seared and salt sprinkled over them. An acquired tasted but not too bad. The fish soup was nice but could have been seasoned more. The mixed salad had no tuna and too much lettuce. Second course. 1 x fish paella and 3 x chicken. The paella was just ok. It tasted like fish and rice. The chicken was lightly battered and nice. The fries were home made and lovely. Desert. No tiramisu left so we had 2 x chocolate cake and 2 x cream cake with raspberry. Both were lovely and moist. The girl that served us was lovely but the service was on the slow side. They take bank card as payment. Overall a nice meal and suits a hungry Camino walker. There is no WiFi in this restaurant.
