There’s days where they add salt to chips and also there’s days at where they don’t, and also the slushy machine is perfectly working here. Never has had a breakdown. But yeah apart from the chips and slushys, the food is fine.

We ordered a couple of takeaway meals from KFC Mona Vale tonight and it was frustrating and annoying when we got home to find out that an error was made and we were short on the order. I rang the Manager very irate and gave him an absolute blast but instead of deflecting or defending, he apologised and said he would rectify the situation and offered us a make up order. When we got back there to pick up the meal, he had added a few extra items and had the staff member who made the error come out to the window and apologise. We are all human and we make mistakes it’s how we rectify those errors that count and I was blown away by the true professionalism and great customer service that the Manager and his staff showed in trying to right the wrong they made. Well done guys!

KFC chips are always good on a cold, wet day. It was also faster to go and order at the counter than use the drive through.
