Red Robin Gourmet Burgers - Federal Way

I've been with this name before, but in another place. I wasn't impressed with this franchise. I'm sure they could increase their service with a small elbow fat. The food was delicious. Just worry about cleaning processes. Bartender was a server and bus. I need more staff. Who doesn't. Would come back.

Terrible service! On the seat family of 4 in seats other than the bar. We had a little gift and didn't want to subject them to this treatment! When we asked for accommodation, the Hostess used the excuse to have only one server and would not give us a waiting time until we can sit in the regular dining area. Instead, they rudely release us without a single care with a simple?bye?. As someone working in the customer service, I know someone who doesn't like his job when I see one and the hostess needed either a break or a new job. Preferably anywhere without customer interactions!

The Red Robin on Blackstone is great! Not so much the other Red Robin, had a bad experience and will not go back. But the Red Robin that I'm rating, they do an awesome job! Love the menu every Burger you can think of an extra sandwiches and things too. Like the vibe in there and it's comfortable, relaxed and the food is good!

I brought my brother for lunch here. It is almost surreal for a national chain to be out of so many important ingredients! I gave them a pass due to this recession and the outrageous gas prices. As for our lunch, my garlic mushroom burger was as always good. My brothers custom cheeseburger was as ordered. But what has really stood out was our hostess, Kayla. It's a good sign when quickly greeted with a friendly smile. She's an asset to this franchise. I watched as she trained a new host during a busy lunch time. Really good girl. I hope she gets to move up in this company. But as I said being short items such as bacon, ice cream and onion rings is not good. I would suggest buying these items at Costco...

Ordered the Southwest Chicken Salad on online. It is good sized and tastes great, slightly spicy. Wait time was a little slow for pick up during lunch.
