Jersey Mike's Subs

Quality has fallen a lot. Last order 2 of 4 subparts were wrong. Manager argued 10 minutes before recording 1 sub was wrong. 5 minutes before he realized that he was probably wrong, we never use s.

This is the second time at the feasterville location. Sandwiches are big, but I was disappointed with 2 of are 4 sandwiches today. Everything is usually so fresh, but 2 of our sandwich rolls were not very fresh. They were dry and somehow hard the other 2 sandwiches were good. I just wanted to let you know

Great food. Sandwiches are always fresh. Staff always very nice. Let's go back.

The food was fresh, hot, and flavorful. BUT we waited over 30 minutes to get our order. This is after waiting an extensive time. Customer service was polite and apologetic but this experience definitely has me looking to other sources for my fried chicken fix.

Would have given 5 stars but our subs were soaked in oil. They use way too much! My daughter couldn't even eat hers.
