Unfortunately, a door-disc driver left the load at 16:33 and arrived only 17:18 to my residency. I live 6 minutes away, and while I understand that a few people may have commanded me, it is unacceptable for me that it should take an additional 37 minutes. the pizza was room temperature, the papadia was a bit warm in the center, and the brot was hard. they left eating on the side door (not the front door as all the others who let me eat) and didn't knock. I never had a problem with busy driving. I will no longer get from this papa john’s because of their use and bad service by door dash. I don't blame the manager. I don't blame the workers. if the owner reads this, they know that they have lost a consistent customer and possibly many others who had an unacceptable experience with a third. the use of door Dash is to damage its lower line. this order was purchased by the order of papa john on android.

I just ordered a big pizza and a little broth sticker. that cost me $37. I accepted that because the pizza delivery is not cheap, no matter where they go. but the time it took to deliver the driver was absolutely exaggerated. I was told 30 minutes. the driver came to me home, maybe 2-3 minutes before the hour. never again.

Pizza was cooked, cheese was lumpy. the delivery driver was strange and asked unpleasant. disgusting. never order from here again.

This is the worst papa johns. They acted like they never received my order then sent it to my house 4 hours later. Watch out for Jaeyln who works there, who will pretend she is a manager and is not. They give you a complete run around when dealing with your money.
