Mcdonald's - Fayetteville

The staff may not be the friendliest, but the food is always served hot and fresh. They consistently get my order correct. The ambiance could be improved as the location appears to be a bit dirty.

If you was to do a mobile order here and sit in the walk out to you spots, I hate to say that you will be waiting for Atleast 15 minutes for your food no matter what u order. This McDonald's can careless for any mobile orders. It's best to go in or drive thru to order. I order 3 times with mobile order and sat at one of the walk out areas for them to bring it to you. An they took 15 mins every time. You can order it through your mobile app in drive thru and inside , just try and avoid sitting at their bring to you spots

Terrible service. Manager is walking around talking down on customers on what they order. I waited 35 minutes for a plain mc chicken and a large fry before I asked for a refund because I waited for so long. I only get a hour lunch break so waiting for my food for that long is ridiculous. Fire your manager and get a new one.

Restaurant was very clean and staff polite. Want to mention David S was extremely helpful, polite, and patient when my grandkids made a mess accidentally.If he’s not the manager, he should be made one!

When you are closed turn off the lights and make sure there are not 15 cars in the drive through because someone failed to turn the lights off. Bad attitudes were one thing but sitting in a seemingly closed drive through trapped by other cars till front cars finally do what we did and drive on. If there are any wrecks because people are trying to escape the closed drive through , mcdonalds should be held responsible!!!
