I ordered a sharp chicken dish. I had my window downstairs and heard that they told the customer behind me that they were out of mayo. mayo comes on the spicy chicken sandwich and the cash bank never told me they were out. the cashier pretended to be my fault for ordering a sandwich that comes with mayo and responsible the manager for the non-order of the mayo. kassierer simply said: “Do you want it or not”. No!

Kitchen out has good food. my only complain is that the burgers have become significantly smaller, while the price has risen. food: 4/5

No sweat, that's the third time I've messed up my order. I get a big double burger cook tablet with cheese, salad, tomato and bbq sauce on the burger. they have given me again, cole Slave, wobble, sneak on it. 3 dinge, which I can absolutely not eat without gaging. Came a month too early for the eggnog shake, but this place never disappoints. Love the BBQ sandwich and the cheeseburger combos. Lines are long at night, but nothing satisfies that late night craving like Cook Out.Food: 5/5
