Valley Coffee Co - Fairmont Hot Springs

The best mocha I ever had. Lucas made this place special, I am happy to have met him and privileged to have had his drinks and one of the best butter croissants I ever tasted! I hope the current owners/management follow in his footsteps.

Delicious café mocha; very rich in flavour. One of the best I've had. They have oat milk, soy milk, and almond milk as dairy alternatives. I also really loved this amazing design for acoustic baffling! Genius, gorgeous, and effective. We also had great service from the friendly staff.

Stopped for lunch, was amazed by their Potato Corn Chowder and Grilled Corn Bread. Excellent! It was made fresh just for us!

Such a cute place! Interior is so comfy, full of local art, jams and pottery. There are books and games to enjoy while you savour the delicious baked goods and incredible coffee! I'm normally a big Starbucks girl (I know, sorry hehe) but this place had the best Iced latte I've ever had! Loved it! Definitely a must stop and worth the travel from surrounding areas!

We were spending a few nights at the Fairmont Resort up the road, and we're trying to sort out breakfast the first morning. The restaurants at the Fairmont Resort had a common theme, expensive and mediocre quality. We decided to give this coffee shop a try, and it was well worth it. Great prices, friendly staff, coffee and food was great. Don't think that I will go anywhere else for breakfast while in Fairmont.
