Jack In The Box - Fairfield

Tacos were a little overdone. Coke tasted of Dr pepper. Staff

The staff communicated with us the absolute minimum possible. We waited in the drive through waiting spaces and when they brought the food, they bag did not have the condiments we requested. I went inside to get them and found out why the dining room is empty. It smells like a dirty public bathroom inside.

This was the first time going to this Jack in the Box, went through the drive thru, ordered, then at the window was told they were out of everything in my order.....mini tacos, mozz. sticks etc.Ridiculous!

Both burger and pommes, where cold as ice! I chased jack on the way to houston, now I have to stop somewhere else. I was wasted my $10

Food was barely warm. I ordered a sourdough jack and I had to pull edges off bread to bite into it. Customer service was just so so.. it was like they did not care if we were there. This was usually our 1st stop traveling back to our home state. Sadly I doubt it will be a stopping point for us now
