Arby's - Fairfield

Hit and miss here. For the ridiculous pricing for their food I expect perfection everytime!!

First, I waited 15 minutes to be served although I was the only customer in there. The young man who finally waited on me was rude and obnoxious. When my food finally came he just threw it on the counter and said hey this is for you. The food wassupposed to be prime rib but it looks nothing like the ad on TV and was as tasteless as the help. This is my last time atArby's.

I recently did a food delivery service order at that location, even though the restaurant got the order perfectly right, the customer was confused and was saying they didn?t get what they were supposed to. Even though the store was right the managermade me the items that the customer thought they were missing because they are just really nice people and wanted to help me inthe situation. I highly appreciate it and I will be definitely coming back here. The store was also very very clean and therewere workers actively cleaning it even though it already looks great! Great place to eat

My first time at Arby's in over a decade. The prices have gone way up since then and seems to be less meat. But the food was delicious and the staff was friendly. Plenty of horsy and Arby sauce up for grabs. The orange cream shake is worth the stop.

They may have the meat but you will be so disappointed with the amount and the quality of the meat that you get on a sandwich. I only go to Arby 's now to get the apple turnovers.
