I visited the restaurant on a Saturday at 1 pm during brunch service, but there was only a vegetarian option available (more options are available on the dinner menu). We had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. There aren't many great options around Fairbanks, but this place was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant has a beautiful appearance, it is quite spacious and has an extensive menu. The beer selection was excellent, with small tasting glasses available to try different options. We ordered the pear and Gorgonzola pizza and tried the artichoke dip, both of which were delicious. The service was outstanding and the restaurant is a good choice for vegans and vegetarians. The bathrooms were a bit unusual, with lockers reminiscent of online escape games. Overall, a unique and enjoyable dining experience.
