A&w - Fairbanks

I waited for over 45 minutes and had to ask three times about my order. Eventually, I had to make a scene just to get a refund. The service was absolutely terrible! I will never return!

The floor was quite slippery, so proceed with caution. We ordered a 4-piece box of chicken, but the pieces were so small that I could have easily mistaken them for pigeon!

Stood there for a while at the register. Three people stood there ignoring me laughing and joking.

We hadn't dined at A&W in the U.S. for a couple of decades, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the burgers and the overall meal. We will definitely add A&W to our list of favorite burger spots, as we were impressed by the freshness and taste of the burgers.

The prices are a bit on the higher side, but the burgers and floats are quite good compared to typical fast food chains. Additionally, the Fairbanks location is a KFC/A&W combo, which means you have more options all in one spot. The service is generally friendly as well.
