Dunkin' - Fair Lawn

Hello I'm regular customer that goes to your Dunkin for past 3 years I go their every morning's. They have a manager name Mohsin who seen very lost and unclean. Literally He smells so bad like i can't even stand him to place my orders. He seem like he doesn't understand English at all. Everytime I go their I have to repeat myself 3x time for him to know what I want to orders. I don't understand how is he a manager with no skills it's like you put a Donkey to take that responsibility. I'm very disappointed that they have came so down. They had good experiences employes before which they replaced. He needs to learn how to speak with customers most of us don't understand him at all. We need other employees who he work with to make them speak behalf of him. Overall this dunkin could have done better inside and outside dunkin is so disgusting like floor seem like they never cleaned once in their lifetime. I'm very disappointed with manager and their teams promoting that they sell us Fresh decaf coffee saying it's Decaf but actually it's a Regular coffee. Like I seen their employees do it most of the times. I confronted to one of their employee and that person got very shocked. I'm never going to this restaurant.

I ordered 4 orders of hashbrowns, there was no line and I waited over 10 minutes for them just to give me one order of hashbrowns and say that I didn’t order 4. First time I ever went to this dunkin and I will never be back. Terrible customer service.

Girl behind counter was excellent and accommodating when a valid coupon was not working on the system. Another gentleman working there started yelling at us and lied saying the coupon expired, which it didn't, and said we could wait for the manager. The girl informed us the manager was not in that day. Finally, the gentleman yelled at us and said we weren't going to get the coffee we ordered and to leave. Other patrons even told the employee to not yell at the customers when we were all calm. There are many Dunkin locations in the area, and we will never visit this location again.

This store is ran by a bunch teenagers who are too cool to work the cash register. You’d come in and wait 5-10 minutes before being attended to because one of the cool guys in the back has to finish recording his TikToks. At least once one of their friends swings by, they begin coherently work chatting for a few moments, then it’s back to trying to be a social media star again. Please go to another Dunkin’ Donuts if you value your time or want your order done right.

The coffee was fine, but that particular shop could be a lot cleaner!
