Kfc - Excelsior Springs

They didn't give any fries the first time, then... the worst thing happened since the holocaust. MY SMASH BOWL HAD NO NUGGETS OR SILVERWARE. I'm now a lesbian because my smashbowl had no nuggets(balls) and I am eating this with my fingers. I feel like I was smashed in the completely wrong way 1/5.

I really miss those days when you can pull through a drive thru and get what you ordered, have friendly service, and not have to worry about asking for napkins and when you do, you still don't get them. please stop making your customers ask for napkins and get their orders correct the first time. The customers should not have to go through what they do when going through a drive thru. The workers needs to focus on the customers and not other workers.

Spent $65 and got our food delivered. It was all dry every bit of the chicken was hard and dry the portions was so small barely fed the family. Very disappointing won't eat there again. They even tried to get us to go after door dash and tell them not to charge us but it wasn't door dashes fault.

Absolutely the most filth covered restaurant ive been in floor coated in grease,,very hard to walk ,ordered a 2pcs meal leg and thigh to go got home ,,the leg was missing over half the meat and had turned black my thigh was actually a partial wing with breading stuck to it ,,,Absolutely uncalled for you have yo look at what you put in the box ,o tired to get a refund they said we don't do refunds just replace chicken ,,,why would anyone want more nasty chicken ,,I left the food on the counter and left and this isn't the first time this KFC has been reported to corporate and missouri dept of health,,,.

This is a KFC/Taco Bell. The food tasted like it should, but it was prepared horribly, it was supposed to be fast(not a twenty minute wait), and the atmosphere behind the counter seemed unorganized. Went to Taco Bell in Kearney the next time. They were faster, the food was prepared well, and the building looked cleaner.
