Excellent culinary experience. our starters were ceviche, bacalhau cones and alheira. the mains were black pork in a carrot and wobble sauce and callbsfilet, followed by cream caramel and goat cheese. the staff was very attentive and the price was very reasonable.

Delicious meal and presentation. the evening meal was plentiful, tasteful and of great quality. highly recommended here as couple, family or solo visit to eat.

Fantastic experience. the mood is fantastic, but also over the top. eating is great. I had the bochechas de porco preto and it was fabulous. very tasty and unique meat cut. the cheesecake for dessert was one of the best desserts I had lived in my life. different textures, different aromes, very well combined. I wish I could have dessert more often. really unique.

Good choice of food, exceptional service, friendly staff. The wine choice was excellent. This was a good value meal. Plumas is highly recommended.

I am shocked, I have never experienced such horrible service and blatant RACISM at a restaurant. I would never recommend this restaurant, if you are a POC (person of colour) please do not go, you will be treated like ****. The food is bare average and the waiter will treat and serve the white people next to you much much better than you, to the point they may actually snap at you for asking why your food is taking so long even though the white table next to you had been served three dishes in the mean time and still get their dessert before yours after two hours. I was here to celebrate my wedding, had a bottle of champagne on my table and still the waiter had to audacity to tell me off for asking politely how much longer it would take. It’s not like I was not willing to spend the money. Shameful, the waiter’s name is Andre, I would suggest you fire him, he does a huge disservice to your wait staff. Terrible experience. Don’t waste your money, there are much better restaurants in Évora and will not rip you off for average food.
