Sonic Drive-in - Evans

I like the food, and drinks here. The service leaves a lot to be desired though. Rude kids that don't care if your order is bagged correctly has become a consistent issue here, at least in my experience. Typically I'll be missing 1 item (or be given something I didn't order in place of it). I have low expectations for fast food but come on.

Horrible. I will NEVER come back here. Went tonight horrible service to start. The person taking orders was very rude. They messed up my order and as they were more concerned with just pushing people I couldn’t just ask to get the food I orders. They didn’t have enough change to give me so I was SHORTED when given back my change after payment. I was not even offered a receipt and before I could even ask the window was closed and she had walked away. If I could give 0 stars I would. McDonalds does better during a dinner rush than this place did. I highly recommend going elsewhere. 0 out 5 stars. I ended up going to Wendy’s and received 10/10 on customer service very quick friendly and I actually got what I ordered.

There was a dead fly in the middle of my burger. So insanely disgusting, do not eat here.

This location couldn 't get an order correct or to the right person if their lives depended on it. Told them the order wasn 't mine and the guy said so? customer service doesn 't exist here, neither do brain cells apparently . Food that I got was not edible. Tossed it on the side of the road. Will not be back. So what chapter of the customer service manual is that in????

We come here weekly for a cool drink after school for the kiddos. The girls get Strawberry slushies with real fruit lemon added and the boys get blue raspberry slushies with nerds added.
