Imperial Hibachi Sushi - Euless

Imperial hibachi is one of my favorite restaurants. it's a way when it comes to special occasions.

Great location, close to the movie theater. Sat at the patio, had some sushi it was great! The spices salmon avocado sushi was good but had too much spicey mayo for my taste so next time I would probably ask for it on the side

We went as a party of 15 and our service from the Hibachi chef was the worst experience we've ever encountered. Rude and certainly not engaging with children with us or the adults. Rather he was complaining how we only gets 2 per person he cooks for and that not everyone in our party did not order hibachi style and some ordered off the menu so he wasn't making his money . Food was also not great with overcooked rubbery chicken. We had a few people in our group who were vegetarian which was disclosed to the server, confirmed, and he would obviously know when he confirmed everyone's meal but he chose to still cook the meat and veggies adjacent to each other and with same cooking utensils. When someone in the party asked if he wouldn't mind using a second set, his response was you needed to tell me before I started . He then went on to say I don't have a 2nd set . Moments later, he ultimately went to go get another set while the chicken was being left on the grill and overcooked. The server ladies were ok but our experience was completely horrible. If management is reviewing these posts, our table was H11 and server shows Kim on my receipt. On 5 27 2022

This is a solid teppanyaki restaurant but not as clean as Benihana. The steak and Lobster was good but the quality is not top notch. The personality of the chef was excellent and very entertaining. Great place for families not if you want the best quality food. Definitely not upscale which was the impression I got from the internet before going.

We had to wait 2 hours after our reservation to be seated. I ordered fish and was given chicken although I have an allergy.
