Chipotle Mexican Grill - Eugene

Chipotle is good, this place is the same. last three times I ordered (online) showed up 10-20 min after it says is picking up time and at the end watching the entire line is served while still waiting for my. if they want to eat here, they simply show up and wait in the line it will be faster. concerning me to go back to food trucks (if they are waiting in the line, I will never understand why people go over small businesses, but of course that is probably just me). will not come back, but they are literally as good as any other chipotle I have been waiting for.

Slow, slow, slow!!! And they are out of a lot of stuff the paat few times I've been. Things were stalled up for like 40 minutes the other day I went there. I used to love chipotle, but its starting to seem like a waste of time and money.

Always something wrong here. Lobby closed half the time for random periods of time. They waited til i got there to tell me they were out of what i ordered, so i picked something else and waited outside for it. They gave me a bag with my burrito but no chips, and upon coming back to ask about my chips, they informed me they were out of chips. No offer for a substitute or refund, just we 're out of chips. and then immediately moved on to the next customer. I guess they were hoping i just wouldnt notice? Had a great time getting a 2$ refund through the app (something they bank on you being too lazy to do it seems)If you can find another burrito place or chipotle, go there, this one has been in disarray for 3 years, always out of something too, this time it was cheese, polo asada, and chips!

Go here every chance we get. Ordered a ton a food, drinks, queso, chips. they didn’t have peppers for the burrito bowl. Ok, can I have a little more meat since I’m only getting beans and lettuce. “No, costs too much”. Wait about 10 minutes…are there peppers yet? No, we have to cut them with 8 employees standing around. Would have been nice to have a good meal there. Enjoy your extra steak Chipotle, we won’t be back.

I understand that everyone is trying to do the best with what they have but every time I go to this chipotle they are always out of everything. I end up paying $10 for chicken beans rice and lettuce and it’s just not worth the price for what I get. Along with the 1 worker they have doing everything while other coworkers are talking sitting around which makes for a huge line. It’s been like this since before covid. I’m not trying to be rude or complain just to complain I just think they could do better since the Springfield chipotle never has this issue.
