Contribuiți la feedbackI'm a long-term customer of Pazzia. Both service and food are top notch. Franco, the host is always ready to chat and he really interested that you have a great experience. Chef Vittorio can cook all pasta, pizza, fish he does it all well! The desserts are also delicious. It is definitely worth the ride from downtown Toronto as it is in the west of the city.
On The Queensway, among many other good Italian restaurants, Pazzia Osteria is a personal favourite. Family owned and run it is always a good choice for homemade cooking. We have to have a bad meal. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic because it is a small place and a bit cramped, but this atmosphere is nice to meet your neighbors. We would highly recommend this restaurant if you were looking for great food at reasonable prices and a good time from all to have.
I reserved two for New Year's Eve via Open Table. I'll get to the facility in time and as soon as I go to the owner, I'll get closer. No warm greetings. I just wanted to call you. I informed my friend and I that he would need the table we should sit in the back within an hour. Inacceptable. Never in my life have I experienced such a service. I didn't even take a seat, and I felt already rushed. He also made some understated comments about the younger generation because my friend and I are in the twenties. At this point I stopped listening. I was very disappointed as it was New Year's Eve and I tried to give a local institution my business and try something new. Not returned
Excellent food and service Reasonable prices A lot of food for the money Out of the way on the Queensway BUT WORTH THE TRIP Free street parking after 6
The service, food, and ambience was all okay, but nothing extraordinary. I probably wouldn't return as there are other better Italian restaurants that i've been to. Wouldn't recommend friends to go since the food was pretty uninspiring. Good, but meh.
