This Italian restaurant is stunning with exceptional service! The food is fantastic and I particularly enjoy the artwork on the walls. I never had to worry about my water glass being empty.
Essex's best option for upscale dining, boasting a fantastic atmosphere. Be sure to begin your meal with the antipasto plate.
This little gem was absolutely amazing. We drove 20 minutes from Leamington. Started with the appetizer tray with Italian meats and homemade pickled vegetables. Great. Then Mario came out with an eggplant appetizer which also was delicious. My entree was a homemade pasta carbonara. Soooo good, it wasn't overly oily like some other restaurants where I've had it before. Finished with another homemade tiramisu. I liked the ambience, the waitress was prompt and friendly, and the owner, Mario was extraordinary. Will def go back again.
Went there last night with my wife and 2 other family members. First time there for us. We were warmly greeted and thankfully we had a reservation as it was packed. The atmosphere was great because of the lighting, crowd noise and nice background with an accordion player who never stopped...he was great. Service was great and we ordered the house wine which was good! We ordered a grilled calamari which had good taste but was a bit on the cold side. Dinner was the same. I had chicken Marsala which was OK but had too much sweetness. My wife ordered manicotti which was dry. She did inform the waitress who quickly replaced it with some gnocchi. I will admit they tried very hard to please but overall the food for the table was just average. That said, I would go again because the atmosphere was better than 75% of most restaurants..and we have been to lots over the years and around the world.
