Ikea - Erfurt

Security is simply absolutely annoying and mega unfriendly. PerSonal searches in vain and when is entertained first. Is unfortunately not customer-oriented and shows little service quality!

If you are looking for a guide how to make a business absolutely down within a few months, you should look past Ikea Germany. I don't know what's going on with them, but Ikea-Sweden has absolutely nothing in common.

It now solves negative feelings with me to have to visit IKAeA Erfurt. During my last shopping, crucial parts for my YHemnes bed were missing, which means turning another 2 hours to correct their mistake. I feel this constant siege because of the mouth protection as very disturbing. I'm not coming anymore if I don't have to. It's my heart!

Unfortunately no more shopping experience. It begins at the parking lot that the plugs at the charging column are missing to load the car and drives at the entrance with an annoying safety that you do not want to go there at all.

The Corona Hygiene Information Management in the restaurant area is poor and annoying. Missing information for guests to behave before entering the restaurant. A very rude employee made us aware of regulations in a raid ton. Furthermore, it is an unfit to be simply worn by a 20 year old. Impossible!!!
