Teriyaki Boy Healthy Grill - Enterprise

Hit or miss. Sometimes it's good and sometimes the service is TERRIBLE! More than once I've left because the line of 1 or 2 people wasn't moving. Staff screwing around with friends, on the phone, or just generally not working. It's disappointing because the food is usually good.

The food is healthy, tastes good, and comes in large portions. But not once have I been able to call and put in an order at the Rainbow location because the phone line is either busy or no one answers when the call goes through. I don’t blame the workers, as I’m sure there’s short staffing and the cook is also likely manning the front desk. But it’s a HUGE deterrent for a potential customer to not be able to place an order. Additionally, the times that I have decided to just drive over to order, the restaurant has been closed without notice online. Very frustrating.

I've eaten Teriyaki in like 15 states, and this was the WORST chicken/teriyaki I've had. It tasted like the $1.50 package of chicken breasts you get from the dollar store. YUCK. Seattle, Denver, L.A. are all delicious. Not this one.

Order arrived jumbled, I blame poor packaging and bad courier service, sauce was everywhere creating an instant mess out of the bag. The chicken was so dry, I’ve seen more moisture in the Sahara desert, I did not even want to eat it. The sauce was a jelly instead of an actual sauce, however it was the only piece of flavor with the entire meal, and I don’t know how far I would use the word flavor here. The crab puffs were tough, dry, and tasted like they were packed in a freezer for 3 years prior to being deep fried and served to me, absolutely terrible. The vegetables were only “ok”, still plenty to learn about how to prepare, cook, and serve them at this place. The rice, don’t even get me started, rice is the easiest thing to make, yet it was not fully cooked, tasted like it still needed to finish cooking. 2 stars only, one for having the balls to serve this and call it a meal and charge for it, and one for it even arriving.
