The wines were good, decent, fine, but the service was extremely missing. Maybe because we were a big group and maybe because we were one of the last tastings that we were totally fucked up. They didn't even want to give us the last wine of our tasting experience, because there was little to no explanation for the wines they served us, they asked us to pay immediately and asked for a tip about extremely bad service so unnecessarily to say, despite the wines probably to excellent our bad experience colored our opinion about this vineyard and its wines.
I loved the side. It wasn't full. It was our first time and we love it. I'll call for a reservation and they didn't ask for a deposit. You were very nice. My brother in the law wanted to suggest my sister and I told them about it. They were very nice to offer me the fireplace without crazy accusations. I called another winery and they wanted to charge 27 000 pesos. People were so nice here. Love, they have a changing station in the toilets. So it's totally family baby friendly. It is the first time to see a baby changing stations in a winery. Up there. I loved eating. Excellent cook. The music was beautiful. We loved it. Thank you for all. I paid about 1400 pesos for food, drinks, deserts and service for 4 adults and my toddler. And I ate well.
Good wine tasting. Very good wines. Nice atmosphere. Alberto explained the wine process very well. Interesting young man. We had lunch here and it was excellent. Something for everybody. Plates were beautifully decorated. Family runs it.
A family business that you can feel. Most likely you will find someone of the family who visits you and makes your experience great. You can feel the love of the family en every label of wines. Besides the wines are very good and you will not find mixtures or grapes usual for the rest of the valley, you have a wonderful unexpected surprise when you eat there. It's not a recognized restaurant, but doesn't need to just try it.... its great. Order the “Cataplasma”, a fish and shell soup that is coked in a copper bowl, something that is simply delicious.
I've been coming to Valle de Guadalupe for 20+ years and still am amazed at the scores of options for tasting and food. Hasn't been here before but will definitely return. The meals was fabulous. The wine tasting was reasonably priced and very proudly and we'll explained. The service was on point. Very happy to recommend this place.
