Domino's Pizza - Ensenada

We went as a family to eat there and ordered two pizzas, first, the girl attended with 0 interest. Second, when we tried the pizza it was drier than a sand sandwich and very hard, they didn't have tomato as a base and the ingredients didn't taste like anything, it was like eating cardboard. I don't recommend it at all, unless they change managers or like to eat cardboard. Service: Dine in

On January 13, I went to eat and the service was from a boy and it was good, but I rate it 1 star since today, January 14, 2022 at 1:29 p.m., I was extremely hungry but the attention from this girl was so exaggerated. It's bad that I preferred to go eat somewhere else, the truth is that the attention is super unpleasant, so much so that it is the first domino's pizza that I have come from afar and I simply don't like the rude and terrible attention of this girl, I lost my craving for pizza, I hope they stop to have such poorly educated employees in my customer service, I have also served clients and the truth is that even if they are in a bad mood, one does not pay anger with clients, they feed us and not even to say that I arrive in a bad mood, I just asked for an extra large combo and he simply rudely told me that he didn't know what it was despite showing it to him from the official Domino's pizza page, very poorly done, one should be grateful for the work, who knows who put it like that in a bad mood or if, as I read in another rating, that same employee is the one who complained like me too, many people need a job and do not value it because it seems to me an act of bad gratitude and happiness that many would like to have, I hope that it changes or that they simply change it, the truth is that I lost my appetite despite walking from the hotel to eat here and I simply left and my craving was taken away due to exaggeratedly rude and terrible service.
