Nehir - Enfield

We have dined at Nehir Restaurant several times, but our most recent visit was so exceptional that we felt compelled to write a review. Previously, we had regarded it as just another Turkish kebab shop with nothing particularly special. However, on this occasion, we were pleased to find that the place had been renovated and transformed into a cozy little restaurant with a charming atmosphere. The service was excellent, with our waiter being friendly and attentive (although we regretfully did not catch his name). We ordered the chicken kebabs and found them to be delicious. The ambient music was also played at the perfect volume. Kudos to the Nehir staff for a job well done. We look forward to dining there again in the future.

I had no other choice but to rate this restaurant poorly. I would not even give it a single star. I strongly recommend avoiding this place if they do not want to be criticized. I visited for dinner on a Sunday night and found their prices to be unreasonably high. For example, a dish that used to cost £26 now costs about £40 but with much smaller portions. We ordered a dish for 4/5 people priced at £45 and received a small bowl of salad and only two to three spoonfuls of hummus. The portion sizes were tiny, the customer service was lacking, and to my surprise, when I asked for more hummus, I was charged an extra £5. I urge everyone to steer clear of this place and not waste their time and money. The high prices are simply not worth it.

I ordered a chicken kebab. The chicken tasted delicious. The salad was small compared to the usual large salads at Turkish restaurants. The soup was disappointing. The total cost was expensive for just one person. It was £18.50 for the chicken kebab, salad, and soup delivery.

We come to this local Kebab house and love the quality of eating, always hot and delicious as well as the free dips, brot and salat! the workers are generally very good, but the dinge are progressiw in what. you get earlier! at the end of the meal you received a free Turkish tee and a place, only a mouthful baklava! wow, that was the best part of the meal! Now you just get the tee! for me and I mean, we're enjoying it!

I ordered take away accidentally mistaking it for another popular restaurant. Little did i know i made a mistake. I thought i would give it the benefit of the doubt until i found out its 2 star hygiene rating. I dont anything less than a...3. I asked owner to cancel the order instantly he refused and sent me this sh it. It went straight in the bin.
