Mae's Grill - Enfield

The customer service was fantastic, the ambiance was very inviting, and the Thanksgiving meal we ordered for our preschool class was tasty and enjoyed by all.

I discovered Mae's Grill online while searching for a Southern food restaurant. Although it was not what I had expected, the cheesesteak hoagie sandwiches were delicious. The sweet tea was very sweet, or slightly less sweet if preferred. The menu is limited and does not offer desserts. The service was friendly and helpful, but the restaurant lacks ambiance - it is essentially a walk-up counter for takeout service. The seating consists of molded plastic chairs and tables. Mae's is connected to a convenience store where video poker is popular. It is best to find a different place for a restroom. However, I would consider going back for another cheesesteak hoagie.
