Dunkin' - Enfield

Very quick and attentive employees. They try to get your orders prompt and correctly but when it's short staffed it can be a delay. Overall great job these folks do and I applauded them. Thank you for working to get us our coffee.

Amazing staff at the Exit 16 facility. They understand that I'm in a wheelchair and always double cup my coffee, as not to burn my legs.

This was a show! Employees obviously despised each other and made no effort to hide it lots of angry yelling at each other! Computer systems were down making things even worse! Coffee and food was as expected!

Not bad. Just wish they would keep front counter open and not just drive threw. I get a lot of places are having staffing issues but shut down drive threw and keep front counter open so people with trucks and trailers can still get coffee.

The poor clerk was working alone at 0600 on a monday morning, clearly overwhelmed but still polite and cheerful. Be kind to all the overworked service staff and grateful that any of them are showing up.
