Contribuiți la feedbackI like the fries. They have a unique seasoned flavor that's very good, although the amount of it can be hit or miss. Sometimes they put the right amount. Other times there appears to be no seasoning. I'm not a fan of the wings. My rating is for theoverall food quality, even the wings (although I don't like them), and the helpful and friendly staff. The reason I don't givethis location 5 stars is the wait time. I don't understand why a regular fry order (no wings, no drink) takes 20 25 minutes. Iunderstand 10 15 minutes. But 20 25? Update: 3/9/22 I guess the time of day determines how long it will take. Case in point,I bought fries at 3:30 pm and it took 8 minutes. So I'm bumping up my score to 5 star.
Very sad to say this is our last time going to this Wingstop and we will be encouraging everyone we know NOT to come to this specific location. The last 3 times have been horrible experiences. 1. They tell you it?s always a 20 min wait when we have towait 45+ minutes. While waiting we even notice they never change up this time even though we see in store there will be a waylonger wait. 2. They have messed up every one of our orders! Whether them forgetting a meal completely from the bag, a ranch ortwo, it?s always something. 3. Customer service isn?t the greatest. It?s clear they can care less even when we point outsomething is missing. No apologies or care. Today we went in and specifically told the staff the last couple times we?ve beenhere have been bad experiences due to missing food and excessive wait times. The staff member said the wings were all in onecarton. Got home and a whole order of wings were missing! Asked for a manager and they were hesitant to give us any info. Noapology. No compt meal or anything to try to make this right and us having to go back and forth twice just to get the dinner wepurchased! And get this even after going back, the meal was STILL wrong! Honestly shameful. Do not come here! The supposed?supervisor? Aaron did not help at all and was one of the staff who didn?t care to help us one bit. No sympathy, understandingor apology after expressive frustrations over these last few visits. DO NOT COME TO THIS WING STOP!!! Thought the newmanagement would be better but we were very wrong sadly. We love Wing Stop and will have to drive extra far to get great service(EG FLORIN LOCATION).
Absolutely terrible experience. We were missing 3 out of 4 meals, and the food was just thrown into the bag. DoorDash reordered the missing items, but then canceled them for no reason after more than an hour wait. It's only 8 PM, and they're nowhere near closing time. This location is the worst!
The sign says they're open until midnight, but when I went in just 20 minutes before closing, they informed me they weren’t accepting walk-ins. If that’s the case, they should just turn off the lights, lock the doors, and update their hours.
No one was wearing gloves, and there were issues with masks being worn improperly. Staff were handling cans without cleaning their hands, and to top it off, a lady tried to give me food that another customer had already touched, rather than preparing a new order. I waited long enough for them to acknowledge their mistake and apologize, but instead, they tried to pass off the tampered food as if it was my order. I would have been understanding if they had just admitted to the error, especially since I was there waiting for 45 minutes to an hour.
