Burger King - Elk Grove

I'm not a big fast food fan, but over the years I've weeded out the places I will eat fast food and BK has made my cut. I prefer the burgers over McDonald's, I like the jalapeño poppers that I can get instead of fries, and I love the orange Fantathat most places don't have. But of course it is a fast food place, so drive through is always backed up, and you always haveto check your order before you drive away from that window, my wife has gotten no fries more than once with her combe order, andthey had to give us another bag, just for fries, go thing is they don't even question they messed up, and just say sorry andhand fries over.

Don't go to this location. Seriously the worst waiting times for a drive thru. Normally I'm fine with waiting, but when it's not even busy then I honestly don't understand why it would take more then the norm. In addition, the burger and fries is barelywarm. I'd understand if the wait was long because had to wait on fresh fries or something. Then I pull up to 1st window to pay(after I jussst seen her pop her head the 1st window to holler at the car in front of me to give her bag of condiments) only tofind no one there so I wait, then the rep comes to tell me to go to second window. There wasn't a sign, and she had the attitudeto give me a dirty look like it's my fault I'm at the wrong window. Isn't the whole point of fast food is Fast? I don't expectmagnificent customer service from BK or ANY fast food, but seriously common decency, basic job duties isn't hard. It very wellcould be staffing shortage, but then again how can that be the issue every time. Further lets me know it's a management issueand stems from poor management or lack of. They recently renovated but don't let the outside fool you.

Worst place ever, manager was rude . And they lost our order. Food was cold and sad.

The only coplaint I have is the prices don't fit our current average income. The good news is it helps me spend much less on fastfood joints altogether. Thanks for that. ????

Service was good from the young employees running the front and food came out correct and relatively fast. I?m very disturbed by the way this manager screams at her employees every time I?m here though. I could hear her being rude to them and firing onefrom the back of the dining room while she was in her office. The employees all looked terrified she would yell at them at anysecond. This has happened every time I?ve visited this location. Very unprofessional. I won?t be returning because I don?t wantto support such a hostile work environment.
