Hampton Inn Suites Elk City

Very nice employees but the building needs a lot of work. On top of the stains and multicolored walls, I didn’t get one hot shower during my two day stay. Hilton needs to step in and fix this place or just start all over on a new building. Lastly, the Diamond member incentives are laughable at this point.

Pool is open and heated! Everyone was super friendly, everything worked in our room and we had hot water in the shower. Our room wasn’t the cleanest, but we enjoyed our stay and my son had a blast in the pool. Just a heads up the pool room smells like chemicals and it’s really strong, so elderly or people with asthma might struggle with that. Breakfast had many options so everyone was happy. Food wasn’t the best quality but overall I’m giving the hotel a good review.

Guy working the front desk is worthless. Can’t keep anything straight and threatened me. I should file charges. Stay far away from this place.

Been staying here for years. Back this week and this place has gone downhill a lot. Dirty, lots of deffered maintenance- needs a ton of TLC. I will be staying at holiday inn or la quinta.

The ladies at the front desk at Hampton Inn were amazing! I usually stay at another hotel, rhymes with West Bestern, but when I arrived no one was at the desk and when I called to let them know I needed to check in, the man on the line was rude and unhelpful. Thankfully, the staff at Hampton Inn were friendly and accommodating. They were able to get me checked in right away, even though none of the rooms were available yet. The room itself was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I will definitely be staying there from now on!
