Mcdonald's - Elizabethton

This is the worst McDonalds or any fast food restaurant I have ever been to before. Stopped in kinda late after a concert tonight and spent OVER AN HOUR in the drive thru. There were six people working and they weren’t even taking orders at the speakers. They made you pull up to the window. Then they pulled us up and made us park and wait longer because “our French fries were almost ready”. When I told the young worker we waited for an hour he said he was the only one working. When I commented there were six people inside working he just shrugged his shoulders and handed us our food. Do yourself a favor franchise owner and fix your operations. Your team seems slow for no reason, and no one seems to care about the inconvenience their pace causes others. It’s supposed to be FAST FOOD for God’s sake! Don’t go here…like ever. You’ll leave mad and the food won’t even be fresh.

The only pleasant part of my visit was when it was time to leave the food was not fresh the service was not friendly nor confident and the wait times were ridiculously long

The manager there must think she walks on water, because I did not work a job in 2018, I must be forever barred from working there. I put in application and get a loving email saying unfortunately we are not moving forward with you for consideration of working a job. That McDonald's is hardly ever getting an order right, I ordered two fish fillets with no tartar sauce and guess what, tartar sauce. I had to bring my receipt and the sandwiched back just to get a replacement and waited a good amount of time. When I worked there we were to be prompt in waiting on customers. ????

McDonald’s prices are too high for the service toBe so bad. You have to beg for the food that you have already paid for. You will be better of going on down the street to Pals.

The past three times I've ordered from this location either I they got my drink wrong or b they got my order wrong,didn't include items or give me McNuggets with no o sauce that I ordered .I will not be going here again and neither will my family or my friends. Whoever owns this franchise branch needs to take a hard look. I know I'm just one person and I don't complain normally after all the previous mishaps. I never posted any kind of review or anything negative.I've had it, I was driving for 6 hours and just wanted a hot hamburger and a frozen Coke and then to sit down on my couch and decompress over what I've been through couldn't eat the food and didn't get the drink that I ordered
