Contribuiți la feedbackNo stars at all, they claim they're understaffed, I literally order an iced decaf coffee from the drive thur and they messed my order. The young girl with the blonde hair asked if I ordered a muffin which I didn't order then had me waiting another 5 mins for one thing. I received the iced coffee and immediately gave it back, they put 3 of everything else including sugar which I didn't ask for. I came to inside the counter, two of the guys going to ask me when I ordered it like I'm mentally retarded. Don't not come there at all, it was literally 6 staff members behind the counter and I seen 3 in the small office. The man before me asked for a $50 gift card and the elderly lady asked for a senior discount. They're looked dumbfounded not to mention I'm 3 months pregnant
Worst Dunkin' ever service from the drive thru was horrible
Honestly this dunkin is always so unorganized. I understand how fast paced It is to work in food but they have so many things that they could control, but they don't. We waited like 15 minutes for our drink, in line, only for them to tell us that they're not accepting any kind of card. All they had to do was say it through the drive thru. And for some reason they never understand the difference between iced and hot. I always have to get my orders remade.
I wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely the worst. This place is disorganized and I'm convinced they hire the laziest people possible. No matter what time of day they cannot handle a simple order. You order ahead and they never have it ready, they miss items and there's 4 people behind the counter but only one works.
I 'm only giving them one star because of the helpful manager who was the only one with a brain in that place! I 'm in the drive thru and explain that I want the chocolate donut with the chocolate frosting on top (not chocolate frosted because that 's the reg one and not double chocolate because every time I say this, they still give me the wrong donut) lady says then you want the chocolate frosted. I say no, then repeat as specific as possible. She caught an attitude because I corrected her. She cuts me off, I end up at the window. She hands me a chocolate frosted donut, I tell her this is not what I want. I was trying to explain to you and you were being rude. She said I was being rude (mad because I corrected her) she is literally arguing with me when I tell her no! I was trying to be as specific as possible because I always get the wrong donut. She tells me I 'm confused. Don 't know what I 'm taking about, gives me a chocolate glazed donut. NOPE! This is not the donut I want. Continued to argue with me. I asked to speak to the manager and when she came to the window, she, so graciously! Understood what donut I wanted because clearly she works there just like the rude shift leader (Blonde with colored eyes, morning crew). The lady who was arguing w me said but that has sprinkles, like are you kidding me. Clearly doesn 't have any work ethics and doesn 't understand you don 't argue with a paying customer especially when you 're wrong! Great start to my morning! Very incompetent!
