Mcdonald's - Eliazabeth City

Order from there this morning, very rude , no customer service skills specifically one of the managers. Gave incorrect food.

I personally don't normally eat at McDonald's. This day my grandson wanted to go with his friend so I took him.I must compliment one of the staff members for being the perfect representation of a business.The young man's name was Kenay. He was outgoing, friendly and so helpful.I will gladly visit this McDonald's again just to see the smile on Kenay's face.

The counter guy is always amazing never have an issue with him. But my fries were cold n old and half full I would never serve your family with half full and cold fries do better I let this slide this time I would almost consider this theft

I had a online order pickup and food wasn't ready for another 30 mins while a dusty employee with a ponytail the size of a cotton ball decided it was cool to record me on her phone.

This McDonald's is pretty fresh and accurate most of the time. The location is fairly busy.
