Culinary Fox Cafe Catering - Elgin

This is a nice local diner that also does catering here in Elgin. I tried them a couple years ago for the fried fish that I had read good reviews about, and it was very good! I just tried them again last week for lunch takeout for my wife and me. Wegot the BLT, the Cuban and the Caesar salad. They were prepared well and came with all fresh fixins. I recommend that youcheck them out and support this local restaurant!

What took me so long to come here!! Family owned upon entering you feel welcomed and the aroma of food . Had the fish fry dinner was spot on delicious !! Also had the soup of day hats to the chef !! Even bought some take home frozen meals!!Can?t wait to come back and try more :

Finally tried this spot, the haddock was delicious and the shrimp. Huge pieces of shrimp. The potatoes are so yummy. Then I tried getting the ribs but they sold out by 11am on Friday! Man and apparently it's a once a month thing. I will try next monthLOL

The service was fast. Gyros are good. I have everything about reward programs today and I could not use it yet. Maybe it's my phone? Who really knows. Didn't want to take away a star for their assessment because their food and service was great!

Finally, this place tried, the squid was delicious and the shrimps. Huge shrimps. The potatoes are so delicious. Then I tried to get the ribs, but they sold at 11:00 on Friday! Man and apparently it's once a month. I will try LOL next month
