Briana's Pancake House - Elburn

I am planning family brunch and I called regarding brunch to take out. They were very nice and suggested place order 2-3 weeks in advance that it will be ready to pick up, no delivery though. Nice service.

Ordered pick up... order was kind of goofed, no big deal. We called and informed the resturant we were charged for an add on that was not recieved. They claimed they would get back. Never got a call. A week later we called again. We were told we wouldbe taken care of. We were not contacted again and no refund. Poor customer service.

This was such a cute little diner for breakfast. If you're looking for quick, basic, and delicious, this is the place to go. I really liked how fast and attentive the service was.

Plenty of choices on the menu- pancakes, eggs, omelets.. they even have lunch options. Portions sizes are good too, would eat there again, maybe the next time we're in town. Decor and silverware is a little outdated but quality and service was good.

We arrived almost at closing time and we're still very well served...food was delicious ???? Second time around and everything was delicious!
