EDIT: The was actually just a few days after the initial review, but Charleys 100% did their best to make up for the previous experience! They gave me a coupon more than good enough to compensate, and the food and service were many times better this time around. Thank you, Charleys! ORIGINAL: Food was good and what I ordered, no problem there. But, I ordered curbside pickup for 5:15 PM and waited almost 15 minutes in my car for the food to be brought out. I had to go inside and pick it up instead. Receipt attached with sharpness turned up, ?Curbside Pickup? can be seen under the sticker. Food had cooled down significantly by the time I was able to eat it.

This was our first time here at Charleys on Zaragoza. The food was amazing!! The steak that?s put on the sandwiches is cooked to perfection! Melty cheese and veggies! The manager even offered my daughter a free cone! Definitely will be coming back!

We just had Charles delivered to our office, very pleased with the service.. The Sandwiches were still nice and warm at point of arrival. Still hands down my favorite place to get me Philly cheese stake fix. Thank you

I Love eating here at Charleys. The sandwiches are delicious and the staff at the one on Zaragoza were nice. David the manager even offered us free ice cream cones. He was very nice. I will definitely be going there more often

We love this place. 100% recommend. they are very professional. great customer service. my man gets the original Philly cheese, my son gets the speck 3 steak, and I get the chicken buffalo. they are very worth the price.
