I work in Mountain View Foot and Ankle Care Clinic and on Monday 10/03/2022 one of our patients decided to bring us food from a place he recommended us. We were thrilled to try this place as he always recommended us their Burritos. The first few bites I took were all right. Then I'll take another bite.. I am still SO DISGUSTED AND NAUSE to remember what came from my MOUTH. I immediately threw up and had a stomach for the rest of the day. All of us immediately stopped eating and my staff called and spoke to a worker named Olga asked us to bring her the 4 Burritos. We had just started eating and had hardly taken a few bites, the doctor hadn't touched him yet. A pristine burrito and 3 were eaten with little to nothing. We wanted our patient to get his money back because they literally got into the garbage. Well, now they call us liars and tell us he won't get a refund! I have videos from our office surveillance when I get the BITE and PULLED OUT THE HUGE ROACH LEG OUTMY MOUTH! I had an annoyed stomach for the rest of the day and could not stop throwing. I spoke to Olga the cashier himself and she wanted to talk to boss Thomas Mendoza so that our patient can get his money back. So today 10/5/2022 our patient is denied. They say we don't tell the truth. Why should we stay on an empty stomach at our lunch break?? We have remained hungry and very disappointed? ...We have to complain to the health department
