Subway - El Dorado

This my favorite subway in Eldorado always neat and clean friendly service,but on Nov 18, 2022. I order a 6 inch steak and cheese sub. I got home to eat my sub I ask for it to be in heated it was still cold my bread was very hard. The crew that wasworking the evening shift was not on point I have never seen the sub station where they make your asking your sub was verynasty. There was good every where. I was not happy with my sub.

Omg if i could give 10 stars for this subway i would it was so clean and the fastest i have ever had 3 footlongs madei will defiantly go back their

I want to give a huge thank you and shout out to Jamal and Janie at Subway on Timberlane! Their customer service is outstanding and they always greet you with a friendly smile. I am so impressed by them and how they treat their customers. Thank you Jamaland Janie for always smiling and visiting with your customers. You both are doing an outstanding job and its very muchappreciated.

Janie or Jamie, the staff, on this subway was AMAZING and very helpful. Our local subway is never so friendly and accommodating. We actually drove 30 miles to this subway to feed our employees. When I tell you this lady was kind and patient with us. I was amazed! This will definitely go our way to place and it is worthwhile if you receive such great customer service! Thank you. Janie! You're the best!
