I?m brand new to the buffalo area (Amherst) my power went out due a wind storm. Nothing near my house had power so I ventured a bit further. I?ve never felt so welcomed and at home. This bar was a local favorite and I?m glad I stumbled across it. Cash only with an atm. The staff was amazing and welcoming! The menu was surprisingly good too! Don?t overlook this diamond in the rough.

It's definitely a hole in the wall tavern with plenty of local followers who gather around the watering hole. The bartenders/servers were friendly enough. I came because I heard they had under rated good wings and it holds true. $15 for an order of 10 wings seems high. But hey that's the unfortunate world we live in now. Anyways the texture is respectably crispy (not Bar-Bill Tavern perfect, but pretty close). The sauce coating was very good, not drenched, but not finickyeither. The size of the wings were good too as they weren't pigeon wings. My Dave Portnoy score is a 7.1.
