Burgundy Restaurant - Edmonton

I must admit I didn't have high expectations for this small restaurant in Radisson. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service! Doreen was so friendly and accommodating that we ended up returning three times during our stay. The lunch buffet was fantastic and offered at a very reasonable price.

I must have the recipe for the Arugula Salad. It was incredible! The other dishes were also delicious, but that salad blew me away!

The dining experience at Burgundy in Radisson has become a family affair, offering delicious food at affordable prices. The generous portions always leave me with leftovers to take home. Recently, my wife and I treated our daughter, son-in-law, and grandchild to dinner. We enjoyed a variety of dishes including Battered Calamari, Bratwurst on warm red-Kartato salad and sauerkraut, chicken parmigiana on brioche, rib eye steak cooked perfectly, and spice butter chicken. Our server, Mady, was quick and friendly, making our meal feel like a family celebration. The atmosphere at Burgundy is perfect for conversation, with soft music in the background that doesn't overpower. Even our one-year-old enjoyed his meal, with Mady even making him a special dessert. And to top it off, my wife's pet peeve of lukewarm fries was not an issue here - the fries were always hot and crispy. Bravo to Radisson and Burgundy for a great dining experience!

This place is one of two restaurants along 76 Avenue south of Wye Road. I had a very fast lunch that tasted very well and was quite cheap at $20 including drinks. One of the main dishes was the baked salmon in a shrimp... caper white sauce. The desserts were varied with two types of cheesecake. Good selection of salads and soups and sandwiches. Actually there were 3 stages buffet salad, soup and sandwich, or full hot buffet. Because everything seemed very reasonable, I went to the full buffet. The cook hung in the food sector and showed that he was proud of his work. Not even at noon. I sat on a beautiful summer day on the terrace.

We went here a few years with a big group of friends so we were able to try a good sampling of appetizers.
