Contribuiți la feedbackOn my visit to Edinburgh, after exploring the city centre of Edinburgh, I wondered where to eat. This place was found with authentic Scottish dishes and I was not disappointed. They have their own brewery and of course the food was amazing. I want to visit this place again and again especially for food. The staff is very nice to help us choose the right beer and suggested IPA was excellent. The cheese cake was also very delicious. Total excellent food and place.
First time in the Auld Hundred, what a cozy place. I was there for a meal, not long wait to be served a tasty food by the top top staff. Definitely I will back again, this is a great restaurant that value you as a customer.
Superb lunch stop. Super friendly, helpful staff, good honest food and lovely atmosphere. We walked in without reservation, waited 20min with drinks for a table to become available and then moved upstairs to eat. The desserts list is good and also offers lots of single malts! Highly recommended.
The Auld Hundred was a place I had fond memories of from the last time I had visited Edinburgh almost 2 years ago. Knowing how much I enjoyed the food there. I was able to book a table in advance which is always handy especially as it was on a Friday. I had the haggis, neeps, and tatties for a starter. It was good and was the perfect amount that I needed to start me off. For my main I had a Brekkie Burger. A beautiful beef burger with Stornoway black pudding, bacon, and a egg for good measure. With a side of chunky chips and coleslaw. This indeed had me full. Towards the end, I asked for my bill. Understandably it was busy but I had thought I was forgotten about as I asked for my bill twice. Other than that the service was great and the people there seem friendly and relaxed. I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely go back for more.
Embedded for evening meal recommend booking. Honored by friendly waiter and sitting. The food was delicious, I had the steak pee very recommended and hubby had the balmoral chicken said it was slightly dry, but was not a problem. Desserts also looked delish, but I had no room left.
