I've been here multiple times and it seems that the cashier's taking your order cannot get it right last time. I was there the girl doing the drive through. Do not speak very good english. So I had to come inside and talk to her in Spanish today again. They got my order wrong. They gave me the wrong stuff. They gave me on top of my order. Somebody else's food as well.You're establishment behind the counter and in the kitchen is very. Unorganized, I will not return to that establishment. I gave them a chanc same thing. Unorganized putting people's orders in the wrong bag, giving you people's orders. Nobody knows what they're doing behind the counter.They're all confused

Very bad! experience here with the staff, waited about 30 minutes for my food around 10pm and even saw 2 different cars reverse all the way out of the drive thru because of issues and very long waits. I would’ve waited longer but i decided to get back in line and remind them that i had been waiting for almost 30 minutes. Even then, i still waited another 10 as i saw a staff member continue to talk on her phone as if she didn’t have a line of cars outside. I live in the area and even heard from other friends that they have gotten the same treatment. God bless the ADULT workers as they should know better than to treat a business this way.

Alma is always amazing, welcoming, and very friendly they are very quick here and it's always very clean.

This has been the third time that I have come to this location and they offer no substitutes for caffeinated beverages and then up charge alternatives.

Super well attended today by everyone, very good service and very delicious burgers and very good coupons thanks to the entire Carls Junior
