Little Caesars Pizza - Easton

Not hot, not ready, not the correct order. It's always one or two people running around doing everything, so clearing up any errors is impossible.

Ordered online and arrived at the pickup time to be told they didn't see my order. Waited an additional 20 minutes and they found it (it was now cold). Staff was incredibly rude. Got home and the pizza was so thin you could see through it (got the crazy bread stuffed crust). Never again. This location should be shut down.

Placed an order online, and waited a HOUR AND A HALF for crazy puffs. Then the women at the register proceeded to tell me she gave it to me already after she’s repeatedly told me it’s almost done.

45 mins wait and still had no service. To the point i just left. I would rather go anywhere else than to ever go back there. Eating broken glass would be more enjoyable than trying to even get food there

Their Detroit Deep dish used to be the best around at a price you can't beat, but today it was unedible and even looked awful. Flavorless, unevenly spread sauce and overcooked, hard crust yet still gooey (is your pizza oven broken or something? I submitted a complaint to Customer Service seeing that management doesn't respond to customer complaints on previous reviews. It seems they don't care about keeping business so I won't be coming back.
