Creams Cafe - Eastleigh

Really nice ice creams and friendly staff. Only four stars due to the very high price.

Went here for a family members birthday meal and was very disappointed One my meal came out first and we watched as staff got everything ready for two waiting delivery riders and didn't bring anything else to our table for about 20 minutes. When my mum asked what the delay was the fool serving us had the nerve to say it was because they were very busy Look at the photo to see how busy they weren't When addressing them about this the fool spoke to me again telling me again it was because they were busy before sneering at me and saying he wasn't in charge so I asked who was. The young lady in charge came over,was very apologetic and agreed to give us about 50% refund Would not recommend at all. I'd rather the family all ate together than get money back!

The staff here are incredibly friendly, and the interior is spotless. Now, onto the main point: I can only describe this place with one word—Sweet. If you have a penchant for anything sugary, this is the perfect spot for you. The food presentation is outstanding, guaranteed to make you reach for your phone to capture the moment before savoring some of the most delicious and delightful desserts.

The service was appalling. They were out of doughnuts and pancakes, and the restaurant itself was unclean. I would never return.

Our experience at Cream Cafe Eastleigh was somewhat mixed. We encountered some difficulties with one of the new staff members who had trouble handling even basic orders, but I want to give a shout out to Frenco, who provided outstanding service. The desserts at the cafe were also a highlight and a true delight. Frenco's excellent service, combined with the delicious dessert, helped to offset the earlier challenges we faced. I'm hopeful that the new team members will improve in their roles, leading to a more seamless experience in the future.
