Dunkin' - EAST SYRACUSE

I have visited this restaurant several times a week. Despite the long lines, they are very efficient. The older woman with white hair who handles the orders is remarkable. She quickly processes each order, double-checks them, and always ends interactions with a cheerful "Have fun!"

First of all, I have been a fan since being in the military and now retired. I absolutely love it

The only issue I have with this Dunkin' Donuts location is that they tend to overcook their bagels and pastries. Other than that, everything else is quite good. I usually don't get coffee here, but I occasionally treat myself to their fresh donuts.

I grab, hor coco, and a donut. Was alright. Not the best, but I have had worse

Great coffee on the go in a pinch but the management at this establishment treat their employees awful. Granted on one visit I had to go back 3 times to get a coffee w no sugar that they kept messing up.
