There were four staff members working at the counter, but I had to wait for them to stop gossiping about another customer before they noticed me.

The two female servers at the restaurant continued to converse with each other, only occasionally stopping to tend to customers. I ordered a cappuccino and an americano, but was only given the former initially. After inquiring about my americano, it was eventually brought to my table after an apology. As I sat and enjoyed my drink, I couldn't help but notice the servers gossiping about other customers in a disrespectful manner. Their behavior was very unprofessional and rude. I have no plans to return to this restaurant.

No teas available due to boiler malfunction. Staff not trained in use of kettles. Had to have coffee.

I love Beverley M’s cafe. The gluten-free cream tea is delicious and 100% safe, as all items are wrapped and the staff is very knowledgeable about preventing cross contamination. The service is friendly and the staff is always helpful. We go there every week and give it 5 stars!

When visiting Beverley my wife I often go to this cafe for a coffee a bite to eat. Always a friendly welcome, always clean good service. The Columbian coffee is the best coffee even though it is 25p a cup dearer. We often have toasted teacakes which are excellent as they are really fruity. A good cafe to visit which has a good selection of snacks drinks.
