Absolutely fabulous and well worth queuing. The staff are really friendly and the food is excellent. We shared a picnic table, a great selection of things on offer, but the menu is extensive and all plates coming out looked fantastic, you won’t go away hungry or disappointed and the time waiting gives you a chance to see what delights are on offer at the deli counter to take home (if you’ve got room left!!

Great Place with a huge selection of sandwiches and deserts this was our first time here after it was recommended to us.Really friendly staff there is also a really extensive selection of deli items to take loved the Oreo Brownies. Thank you !

Best afternoon tea ever! Someone purchased us tickets as an engagement present and we were very impressed. It was a shame about the long queue to get in but it was totally worth it

Great food, and worth queuing for. The choice of food is excellent and delicious. The only quibble I have is that the last few times we’ve visited, we’ve queues quite happily. It’s worth the wait, however when we’ve been taken to our table, it’s obvious there were tables available while we’d queued. This has also happened when we leave there are people queuing to the door, yet 2 or 3 tables empty, not including ours. As a patron, this is very annoying.

The place seems as busy as ever. Called in for a cake to takeaway. As usual it was a really lovely cake and a very large slice. There wasn’t much choice this time though. At the Howden one there does seem to be a much better selection.
