Kfc - East Orange

I tried using the Quick Pickup feature to order my food, but there was nothing quick about it! They give you a time for when your order should be ready, but when I arrived 3 minutes after that time, my food wasn't ready. I had to ask about my order, and the staff told me to wait while they served someone who was ordering in person. It seems like it's faster to just go inside or use the drive-through to order, as online orders aren't given priority at this restaurant.

I frequent this restaurant often, but I always have trouble with the drive-thru speakers as my order is consistently misheard. Apart from that issue, I have no other complaints. It appears that they may require a system upgrade.

I dine at this restaurant frequently. The reason I deducted a star is because my companion noticed that the employees were not wearing gloves. Despite this observation, I still continue to dine there.
