Dunkin' - East Middlebury

I went to place my order and was mid sentence when iwas told we will not be serving food for the rest of the night. I was like ok. You know whatever, so I said am I still able to get an ice coffee and was sarcastically told well yes mam after all this is a coffee shop. At which I said never mind and drove off so fricken rude! Usually have great service but apparently not in the afternoon,

Went in to grab a couple of donuts on 5/3/22. Lady was busy with other customers. But the old skinny man just stood there and gawked at me like an inconvenience. After 30 seconds of staring he left the counter to go “find” something else to do. Waited another minute and no one bother to ask me anything. How hard is it to acknowledge a customer?

EVERY TIME we go through here they are extremely RUDE. From being snappy at the ordering phase, to being snots at the window. My husband just went through to pick up our order, and the lovely person at the window gave him a nasty look, didn 't say A WORD when he said thank you, and just shoved the drinks out the window and walked away. No have a nice day or a you 're welcome . Just a snotty glare. FIX YOUR ATTITUDES OR DON 'T WORK CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Ordered a usual latte, asked for extra sweetener and was rudely denied by a employee called Stacy. I said I would pay for it and she told me she wouldn’t add any more regardless. Never have I had such disrespectful nasty person serve me at Dunkin. She’s a really bad reflection on the company and who they are hire. Even the other employees mention they don’t like her because she is extremely unkind. They are the ones who gave me her name because she wasn’t wearing a name tag. I hope the company looks into her and this locations customer service reviews.

The team at this dunkin is my absolute favorite! They know my order the second I walk through the door, and we always make each other laugh. They make my day
