On my first day I walked in super hesitant but was immediately greeted by everyone! I have found a great community here and a great place to work out! Everyone is encouraging and always pushes you to do your best! 12/10 would recommend this place to women and men alike!

Walked in to check class before considering joining, few guys were warming up before class, right when class was about to start, the male coach walked over to me and my son who's a veteran and polite advised us that the class about to start was a private class since they were getting ready for a muy Thai tournament and no visitors were allowed. I thought WTF! I have never heard of that before, maybe they were about to practice secret deadly muy Thai techniques. so we left, he sealed the deal on me and my son not joining. Fate is great, we found a better Muy Thai training school that made us feel welcomed. In my 50 years in martial arts schools in California and Arizona this was the first time I was asked to leave and not watch a class

I’ve been a member for 3 years and couldn’t recommend Arizona Muay Thai highly enough. Top notch instruction and staff committed to a family atmosphere. Diverse group of students from the mighty tykes kids program on up to adults. They mix in boxing, conditioning classes for strength and cardio and so much more. My whole family trains here and loves it and has made friends as well. Best group of people you will meet. Come give it a try and meet your new gym family!
